Billing questions
How do I pay?
On the website with an Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet. You approve the payment in your wallet app.
When am I charged again?
Every month on the day you subscribed. We remind you 3 days before.
What if I cancel?
Nothing more is charged. You keep your plan until the end of the paid month, then move to Free. Your books and papers stay.
Do unused papers carry over?
No, papers reset each month. If you run out mid-month, an Exam Pack adds 5 more.
Can I change plans?
Upgrading to Pro starts straight away with a fresh month. Moving from Pro to Teacher happens on your renewal date.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: within 7 days of your first payment if you made 3 or fewer papers, within 3 days of a renewal you forgot to cancel if you made no papers, and always if you were charged after cancelling or charged twice.
